Our Design Approach



Brief: Establish a clear brief from the client on scope of work they wish to achieve.


Budget: On small and large projects work closely with the QS or client to create a workable budget.


Architect: Association with the architect, work closely from project inception.


In house Interior Architecture Service: Can also provide the service on smaller  projects of advising on all interior architectural details, such as flooring, paint colours, bathroom and kitchen design, lighting, doors and windows.


Gardens: A particular interest in gardens and exterior landscaping.


Work from Scratch: We can and do work from scratch on building projects of both homes, hotels, offices and retail shops.


Softs: Have a very strong core of suppliers who are reliable-can work on contract projects with all the time/production implications. Furniture is either custom designed for clients or can be sourced from an extensive directory of contacts both locally and internationally.


Fabrics: real understanding of fabrics. We have accounts with all leading suppliers of local and   imported fabrics in South Africa and undertake custom designed fabrics for specific projects as required.


“Mood boards”: We produce comprehensive “mood boards” which are an invaluable aid to clients in  visualizing the finished project. We provide an inventory of softs for each designated area, allowing for easy installation.


Art Collection: A special interest in assisiting with the choice of artwork or in building up a collection of art


Re-location. We have also worked on projects of re-location from South Africa to other countries as well as second houses overseas.  We work closely with shippers and will if required install projects overseas.


We provide a turnkey service for your  principal home, holiday house hotel, shop or office
